
Hi and welcome to my blog. My name is Marco and I am a personal trainer and avid runner. I started this website to share my love of running and to encourage people to take on the 500 Mile Challenge.
Walking or running 500 miles. It seems like such a huge distance to travel. If you are sedentary right now, you might be asking yourself, how can I travel such a distance? That is the challenge and I am here to help.
At the 500 miles project, I encourage every American to walk or run a distance of 500 miles in a year. When broken down, that is less than 10 miles a week. Less than 10 miles, but it is a distance that will change your life.
